The health, safety and welfare of all personnel employed by Tank Vision is a primary responsibility. This duty is reflected in the way we plan our work activities, equip our people, and perform and control our processes. The minimum standards, as governed by the NSW Work Health & Safety Act 2011, Regulation 2011, or relevant legislation in other States and Territories, will always apply.
Management recognises the value of involving employees in Work Health and Safety matters and encourages communication at all levels.
Management accepts responsibility to ensure a healthy and safe workplace by providing and maintaining:
- Safe plant, machinery and systems of work
- Protective equipment as appropriate
- Information, training and supervision
Each employee is responsible for:
- Adhering to safe work practices, instructions and rules
- Performing all duties in a manner which ensures the individual’s health and safety, and that of others
- Co-operating with management to enable health and safety responsibilities to be fulfilled
